Last week I made reference to Hard Target (Silencer #3) being released next Saturday. I can now say that Saturday, April 1 is definitely the release date. Everything's set and ready to go. I hope everyone enjoys the latest entry in the Mike Recker series.

​Incidentally, Blowback (Silencer #4) is just about to head to editor and is on target for the June release date.

This is going to be somewhat of a venting for me and it's something that I usually don't do or like to do, but I just feel like it's time. This is something that I have to put out there. I understand not everyone will like what I write and I'm fine with that. Everyone has different tastes. But if your only purpose for contacting me is to tell me that I stink, or I'm terrible, or I write like a 2nd grader, please don't bother. Why waste your time on something that you don't like? I get emails every day; most from people who just want to say they like the books, some have questions, and some want to point out a mistake they may have found. I'm OK with all of that. I like interacting with my readers and usually respond back when I can. If your only goal for emailing me to insult me, save your time, because I'm no longer reading those types of emails and they'll be deleted without reading it.

For my true fans and readers, I try to respond to everything that I'm sent, but it's getting more difficult to reply to everything as I'm getting tons of stuff every day. But I still try to reply to most, even if it's just a sentence or two. Some of you put a lot of time and thought into your emails to me and I so appreciate your time and that you love my work. Thank you for your support!

Just keeping everyone up to date on the progress of Hard Target (Silencer #3). I got the book back from the editor and made some adjustments to it. Now it's going to the person who formats it for the various booksellers. I should get it back by the end of the week. As long as there are no hiccups, I am anticipating releasing it Saturday, April 1st. I'll obviously post when it's available as well as send out the newsletter announcement.

Just wanted to welcome everyone to my new website. Hope you explore a little, sign up for the newsletter, etc. I will most likely be letting my previous blog on blogger go to the wayside since I can now do everything on here. I'll update the RSS feeds so they go to Amazon, Goodreads, etc. in case you'd rather see them there. If you're wondering about what I have in the pipeline, be sure to look at the Coming Soon page. I'll try to keep that updated fairly frequently and will post updates with cover reveals, release dates, etc.
